What arrived was indeed a very nice arrangement. While I understand what is pictured and what actually arrives will differ due to availability of various flowers, I felt the arrangement was barely an approximation of what was pictured. It was a bit disappointing since I paid for the "Premium" arrangement. I don't want this to be public, but just for the shop. I will still use you in the future.
